Zeer vervelende ervaring met dit bedrijf. Ik had een auto gehuurd en deze "zero risk' verzekerd. Bij het inleveren bleek er een kras op de achterdeur aan de bijrijderskant te zitten die er nog niet op zat toen ik de auto huurde (wat klopt). Hiervoor moest ik alsnog $ 100 betalen, terwijl ik, naar mijn mening mijn eigen risico volledig had afgedekt door de "zero risk" dekking. Als reden gaf de verhuurder op dat ik de auto elke keer als ik er mee ging rijden had moeten controleren en de kras dan direct bij ze had moeten melden. Dit is mij bij het ophalen van de auto niet verteld! Er is mij alleen verteld dat als ik bij een ongeluk betrokken zou raken ik de auto niet mocht verplaatsen. Maar dat was hier niet aan de orde. Got refered to this rental company at the airport. Was a bit septic at first but everything went well. I think the boss himself came to pick us at the airport, he was super good to us. We got a brand new Toyota corolla fully loaded and super clean! The staff were super good to us, they told us about the good places to go during our vacation. I recommend this company for anyone looking for a reliable company, good cars and easy to deal with. Price and service was perfect, only took few minutes to pick up and drop the car. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! The guys are genuinely the sweetest and so incredibly helpful. From the moment you book until you return the car, the service is always top-notch. The cars are always clean, reliable and in great condition, and the prices are really good too. You can truly tell they care about their customers and want to make sure you have the best experience. Unos estafadores. Te dicen un precio en el aeropuerto te suben en un autobús sin darte ninguna información de adonde vas, al llegar a otra sucursal donde tienen los vehículos te dicen un precio mayor al indicado en el aeropuerto. Aun cuando en el aeropuerto se solicitó el precio del alquiler del vehículo con impuestos y seguro luego querían cobrarnos el impuesto aparte de nuevo. Rechazamos alquilar con ellos y nos quería cobraer 20 dólares por habernos llevado a la sucursal, cosa que no pedimos en ningún momento y que además no se indicó que tenia un costo.
